There is a reason they have the service center 10 miles away in Fairfield. They don't want the shocked owners interacting with happy new car buyers. After discovering the service center ( my Lexus is a pre owned car needing the 30K service) was in a different place, they tell me a routine 30K oil change, tires rotated, filters, and a/c checked topped off... $800. NO WAY! The same service at my foriegn repair shop that has serviced my Audi and Porsche quoted me $200. Unless it is a warranty item - GO ELSEWHERE!!!
