We went to Graybill Medical in Temecula to have my 6 year old's head wound examined and fixed up. It was the worst medical experience of our lives!! Not only did the nurse practitioner, Eve Currie, make the wrong diagnosis (according to a urgent care doctor we were compelled to see two days later) but she stated her hands were shaking because of low blood sugar and she didn't sew up kids, only adults! \r

The stitch (it should not have been stitched at ll) was NOT EVEN TIED leaving a permanent scar much larger on the front of his scalp than necessary. We could not tell immeidately due to the matted blood and goop Ms. Currie left on the wound.\r

It was abysmal. Worse yet, I just received a letter stating they will not do, nor have they done, anything to prevent future issues or fix our situation. Oh, and I will be charged, as per normal. Outrageous!\r

Please do not subject yourself or your children to this business unless you want to come out worse than you went in. Not only are their hiring control practices clearly sub standard, but their follow up and concern regarding after care is non existent.\r
