RUN DON'T WALK TO ANOTHER SPRINT STORE!!!! Stay away from the Framily Plan, if a Sprint Store like this one makes a mistake when combining your accounts and phones are purchased at the same time you are screwed. Been trying for over 3 weeks to get my account straighten out. THIS SPRINT STORE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES THEIR MANAGEMENT STAFF. I have spoken to Sprint Customer Service 5 times trying to get my account fixed. IT ALWAYS GOES BACK TO THIS SPRINT STORE IN MCKINNEY, TX NOT TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS. As for me, I've been a Sprint Customer for over 13 years, but looks like I'm going to have to say bye, bye. I'm a Senior Citizen and the stress of the last 3 weeks have wore me out, I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SPRINT IN GENERAL, I have been told that someone from Sprint Management would contact me, have yet to here a word out of them.
