First, I would like to say that the salesman and the salesman in training were fine.\r When it came down to getting the deal done, the top man in charge let me walk on a $100 without even trying to work a deal!\r I went in with the intent to purchase a 16 year old jeep with over 170000 miles, that they are about to send to auction. \r I test drove it and found out that it would need a new fuel pump in the future, interior is in bad condition, 2 of 4 power windows don't work and the tires are bald, the day before and found out that they were willing to negotiate with it.\r I wasn't concerned about the little things, they can be fixed.\r I went in with a $1500 cash offer, knowing I would still have to get it registered and insured, and we don't have a lot of money falling out of our pockets. \r I know it is their business and can do what they want, but to let a local customer leave on a deal because ""We know we can make more on it at auction"" and telling us ""We're taking a loss on it as it is!"" than to take $100 less and help out a willing local buyer that would possibly buy a new car in the future!\r KBB Dealer Trade In Value is $678. \r Saitta Trudeau has a $499 DOC Fee and $185 for ?\r It is my belief that the fees could have been adjusted, since this was a cash deal, no financing involved and A LOT LESS PAPERWORK! \r $1382 is approximately what they would have into it?\r Everyone already knows when you trade in a vehicle, the one you buy has the trade amount in added to the price! \r My husband and I are both self employed, as our only incomes, and we do work with our clients!\r \r NOT EVER WILL I/WE PURCHASE OR RECOMMEND SAITTA TRUDEAU TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! more
