cleaned it a few years ago for us after a renter moved out. No Problem 2 women came and cleaned it, 'but also there was nothing in the Condo at that time either. We had it cleaned so it could be painted and repaired before we moved in. Today one girl showed up for the spring cleaning, after I was told there would be two maids doing the job. I got a call it would be ready in about 30 minutes, this was about after 2 1/2 hours of spring cleaning. Regularly it takes me 3 /12 just to clean but what do I know. I got home and \r
she said she was done and left. Ok well after looking around the bathtubs in either bathroom had been cleaned, dust was under the bed and couch. Actually after looking at the bedrooms and around it was just not cleaned properly. I was told the ceiling fans, outside of my lever door slats etc would be wiped down and cleaned. They were not.... I called your office and was told that last time in their MEMO 's we didn't have the tubs cleaned last timel. Well that was because we had new showers/tub put in when they painted etc... Really since when does spring cleaning not include cleaning the tub? I had boarded my dog in daycare $15.00, for the day. Besides the $200.00 I was being charged which really not the point. My time is important as well, they wanted to send the the girl back I said No.. Ok we will send another gal shortly.. 1 1/2 hrs later I get a call saying the women that was to come had fallen and hurt herself. Really, ok now I have to have someone come back on Tuesday and and redo what should of been done already.. Yes she said she will take $30.00 off the total for my touble...I am really disappointed with this whole experience today.
