Back in August 2012, I purchased a used 2005 Civic from Hendrick Honda. The car was in good running order, however, we were unaware that it was consuming oil. My engine almost locked up on me this past January. I took it to Hendrick Honda to have it checked, and they informed me that I may need a new engine. The price of the engine was more than I could afford. Had I known about this ahead of time, I would have never purchased this Civic.\r
I would like to thank Larry Kluttz, along with his management team, who were very considerate and understanding regarding my situation. The repairs would have been very costly, but they pride themselves in customer satisfaction and worked out a deal that made all parties involved happy. \r
I’d also like to thank John Miller for being the liaison between me and the crew at Honda. He kept me up to date and was very pleasant to work with. Once again, thank you Hendrick Honda for standing behind your product and making this a pleasant experience during a stressful situation.
