Provided most likely cause of malfunction of my refrigerator over the phone when I called in the morning. Showed up on time that afternoon at the scheduled time. Called 30 minutes before his arrival as promised. Confirmed the cause of failure and replaced the failed part. Provided advise on another issue I was having with my refrigerator that I can fix on my own that will save me the repair cost for that issue.
