Today was my first and last time visiting Portland Flower Shop. Lady didn't know how to arrange a dozen of roses and had to ask for help. When she asked for help, manager informed me that it would be an additional $15 for arrangement without vase, but without additional cost, they can only wrap them up ""as is"". I had to take flowers ""as is"" and arrange them myself. The manager was very rude and unfriendly; customer service is far not #1 priority for her. \r

To be honest, this was my worst flower shopping experience. I would not recommend buying flowers from Portland Flower shop.
