I had the worst customer service experience with this company today. My daughter, who is young, bought a ""queen"" mattress from Billy Bobs last week. The mattress is not a ""queen"" and instead is a full/double. She called and spoke to ""Christian Mingle"" (obvious fake name given by representative) and he was very rude to her. I got on the phone and he was rude to me and after spouting off his philosophy on what rude is he hung up on me. I called back and he said that if I called back one more time he would block my number... and you guessed it..hung up on me again. He provided me a number to call and when I tried it was busy numerous times and then no answer. Fake number? Probably!\r

I would stay away from this business especially if you are looking for courteous service. There are other low cost places to buy beds in this wonderful city!!! Stay away from this horrible organization with the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
