I have to admit, I'm becoming a big fan of Virginia Tire and Auto of Ashburn. My neighbor recommended VTA to me a couple years ago. I have sporadically visited them and each visit seems to win me over a little bit more. Sure, we have had a few hiccups, but they were addressed immediately and I even received a call from one of the Senior Managers. This most recent visit was to get a hole repaired in one of my tires. VTA demonstrated some of the best customer service I have witnessed in the NOVA area. Their professionalism is excellent and their communication is greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work.
