Had pulled in a week earlier regarding "chirping birds" under the hood. It was a belt causing the sound and it was quickly quieted (temporarily) until I could return for service. Well, I returned for service, the belt was replaced and the noise eliminated! Also replaced were the windshield wipers that the harsh winter had destroyed. Shawn recommended a pair that were affordable and would do the job. Another great experience!!!
