I have been going to Monster wash from the opening day. This is because it had a large bay that takes my service van with a ladder rack. They used to have a med size bay that cost like 16 bucks but they removed it and put in a fourth car bay. I then had to use the full size bay for buses and tractor-trailer rigs. Then the soap and wax unit failed, then the sprayers, now the under carriage sprayers do not work. The doors have to be helped open and you have to wait for an attendant to come over and take your money because the card machine there does not work. The wash is now a guy with a dirty brush and a spray wand. Ohh and you pay $25.00 for this and they do not even help dry your vehicle with a cloth afterwards but the do it for the cars that pay a LOT less. When the manager was contacted I was told to "ASK first if their $@!#% was working that day and if I did not like it to go somewhere else. But don't complain to me or my guys we are not responsible for it being broke." If you have a large van or something bigger save time and money and wash it yourself.
