Excellent service was provided and the accuracy of waiting time was good. However, Rafael helped me yesterday explaining to me that setting up an appointment via online doesn't always work. I received a service alert email from Courtesy Chevrolet and proceeded to set up an appointment using the online appointment service. Once I came for the appointment Rafael explained to me that he didn't see that it was set up because I attempted to make this appointment online. I was not satisfied wasting my time to come here expecting my car to be serviced. I feel this flaw needs to be fixed as soon as possible because I know I'm not the only person that has been effected.\r
