We had quite a journey with Blue Spruce Auto Sales. My last car had just been totaled so I was looking for something other than a Subaru. They showed me a car and as I was driving it, it broke down. I brought it back to the dealership and they asked for another chance to fix it, and they bent over backwards and did everything to practically rebuild it.
When I drove it again, it was fine and I drove it off the lot, but I ended up driving it back to the lot after 45 minutes because it had more problems. However, they stuck with it and got the car to great shape, and I love it now.
I love that they really did right by me. They put quite a bit of work, parts, and labor in to this car and it was really sweet of them. I'm really glad I stuck with them.
They worked with me in every way, and they really appreciated my patience. It is very reassuring to know that there is service out there where they really put the customer first. That to me means everything, and I would refer them to anyone.
