Wasted two 22 mile round trips (for two cars (to bring in my Optima for warranty work -- wife following to drive me back, since no loaners offered) one trip to drop car off, and one to pick it up. I had prepared service dept in advance, by giving a list two weeks earlier when in for lof service, asking that they check out the list, so they could get it done in one trip. They didn't get the main item fixed, because they didn't find the problem after a 5 mile test drive (which they should have looked at two weeks earlier), and then had to re-look at it with a different driver and me as a passenger -- surprise, it was observed that time -- and my squeely brakes were supposedly fixed, only to squeel upon leaving their lot, and now worse than before....and, I get to do two trips again, and inconvenience my wife by depriving her of a car for a day, to bring it back for "old" business. On top of that, the poor gas mileage issue (was told when buying it that it would improve after a few thousand miles) shows as "being normal" on the work slip, and that I shouldn't worry about it for 15,000 miles. more
