Never in my life have I experience such bad customer service from the front desk & up. When the hostess is rude, tells you that you need to wait for a table, yet there were at least seven tables available. And when you complain to the manager about it, and instead of the manager apologize & try to compensate for the bad experience, you can't blame the hostess for the unprofessional behavior. You bland management for the lack of professionalism & training. We don't need their service, but they totally need the customers to stay up float, since without a customer base, the business goes under. I refuse to ever go there nor sponsor them in any way, shape nor form. My friends & I left, went next door to Outback, got excellent service from their waiting staff & they totally made my night. Texas de Brazil, shame on you!
