Had a not so good experience. Never give your credit card to start a tab if you plan to pay cash. We explained pretty clearly to the bar tender Chelsea that we wanted to pay in cash. I guess that might be too hard to understand. The service was okay. We asked for a TO-GO box and it took forever but everything else was not the best but tolerable. We got our ticket paid cash and gave her a pretty generous tip. We get home and see that she also charged our credit card. This is the second time this has happened with the same bartender Chelsea. The first time we just let it go but had to say something the second time. So we call the store and speak a manager . The managers don't seem to really Care about your concerns AT ALL. Every time we call a different manager answers and has no idea what in the world they are saying\doing. They just don't collaborate. They have been giving us these BS answers every time we call. It's been a month and they are still ""figuring"" it out. One of the managers said they needed the credit card receipt....it's like HELLO we don't have one because we paid cash!!!!! They say they will call back or the money will go to our account and days go by with no phone call/ no money returned.
