Took Sonata in for schedule NAV update. Service found that a "recall" was also available for this model. We had received no notice of this, but they replaced rear lower control arms and did the follow-up alignment. This showed the left front wheel severely out of align. They did not discuss this with me. When my husband took it in to get the alignment completed, they told him that strut and control arm were damaged. Why did this need a second and now a third trip to get fixed? They could have told me this the first time and it would have been repaired by now. Our repair dealing with this place have all necessitated many trips for things that could have bee done right the first time.
