The service dept staff have always been very nice people, but this time my situation seemed to show a lack of follow through after completion of the work was done. I was left multiple times without being told important information about necessary radio/navigation settings that I had to do myself. There does not seem to be a policy in place to inform or assist the customer in the need to re-establish settings, so I had to make multiple trips back to get assistance.
