Ace has knowledgeable mechanics that are all extremely courteous and we'll trained. I recently had a CV joint go bad on the drivers side. Cars have two CV shafts, and those shafts have joints that are in between the front tires and the engine underneath. I knew one was bad for sure and guessed the second was not far behind. I called Ace and scheduled the replacement and told him to put both on since I was sure it needed it. They're over $200 apiece so this was a big deal. When I took the car in, they looked it over and told me the second joint was fine and they didn't think I should replace it. They had the green light from me to do so but they were honest enough to question me about it. They returned the second part and only charged me for the one that needed repaired. This is not the only example I have of their fairness and honesty. I would recommend them to anyone that needs mechanical work done on their vehicle.
