I don't know how they are still in business. They treat their customers rudely. Poor poor customer service. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment because if the person before you was late for their appointment they will put them in the chair and make you wait 45 minutes. I went back to get my hair fixed due to a bad dye job it was supposed to be gratis and when I went to leave they charged me $200. When I calmly expressed my dissatisfaction they didn't care and black balled me from their business which is fine by me. I found a great salon with great hair stylist and better prices by half and they treat their customers with courtesy and respect. That salon is the flying scissors in clermont, fl. They are not snobby and rude like they the owners and stylist at city looks. I would not recommend city looks to anyone unless you have an enemy you want to get even with ( just a little humor to get my point across).
