What a disappointment in portions for the price! Ordered a new chicken dish, 2 breasts with crab meat & lemon white sauce with garlic mashed for $17. The chicken portions were TINY, pressed patties the size of McDonald's thin hamburgers! The plate had so much empty room on it the waitress should have been an embarrassment to serve guests this meal. No depth to the chicken, really flat compressed patties! I eliminated the crab topping but no discount there. Tastey-yes. Worth the price? Definitely NOT. Waitress never asked if I wanted a 2nd bowl of soup, customary with a soup selection. She just whisked away the bowl when I was done. I actually left there still hungry & I'm a little person. Unless you order a pasta dish & ask for refills on breadsticks, the plate menus are awfully skimpy & the prices are over-priced for the portions. Got a steak Toscano to go for the person still at home. Asked for rare & got medium cooked with garlic mashed for $22. Steak portion was a cheap cut of strip & dry as a bone. When transferred to a regular plate at home, again too much empty space on the plate. Yet the place was packed as we left. Go figure. Compared to any other eating place with a brand name, THIS Marlboro Olive Garden was a rip off.
