The Marshall's right next to ridgedale mall. I have never experienced customer service so bad. All the associates care about themselves and can't help out a customer. They were so rude when I was checking out, I didn't even want to buy anything from this store because of the customer service. I also called to ask if they had a specific item and they WOULDNT even go look for it for me. So bad. I will never ever suggest this place and I will always tell everyone about my experience with the customer service. I would suggest taking the drive and driving to a different Marshall's.
