Due to a tree branch thaw which did some damage, we used Preferred Window and Door to have two new bay windows installed. It was the first time using them. I just looked in the telephone book and called them. We received three different estimates and they were the one in the middle. They seemed more professional and like they knew more about windows. The estimator who came out was very good and very helpful, giving me knowledge on different windows. I also chose them because they had a wider range to select from including the veneer colors I wanted. The other company didn't. It was a very quick response time and the project was completed within 5 weeks.
I was very satisfied with them. They were very nice, got it done, and everything works great. When someone does something right I give them high scores.
