Empire mortgage is a scam!! They give fulse preapproval letters than say they approve you for other loans that FHA doesnt even have high enough limits for. Than USDA make too much money. They are clueless. !!! Dont use them!! Preapproval letters are fake. Should of listened to my realestae agent. Do not use Empire Mortgage in Rockyhill ct!!
