I called on a Saturday morning and was able to arrange an appointment. I was thrilled. I know how Saturdays can be busy. Riley is a little timid when meeting new people, but the tech and the doctor took the time to let him get comfortable. Every time I come in, a tech calls the next day to make sure I don't have any questions and that everything is going well. That call makes me feel like my pets are important to them!
