My work was done correctly--however it was obvious that the service writer is a novice at what he does, took over 20 minutes to get the service ticket written. I am not 100% happy with the changes which have been made at Richard's--for example I had to go to Lexus to fight for warranty repairs for a problem you found---before, you fought the battle for me, and won! So will be watching but perhaps the changes are not for the better
