I came in to Companion Animal Hospital because my dog needed surgery on her ear. I came to them after the surgery had failed with a different vet. They were extremely polite and took the time to explain what was going on and what the problems were. They ran tests then called me back.
During this time the vets came together and decided that Dr. Horne would be the best individual of all the vets to perform the surgery. This blew me away because they were treating my dog like a human being in terms of finding the best doctor. The procedure itself was first rate and so was the customer service afterwards. They kept in touch with me and everything I needed was taken care of. It was great.
