This ups location has excellant service and went above and beyond for me to correct a mistake in my shipment that had fallen on the ups corporate level. the owner personally ensured an expediate correction and maintaned contact thruoghout the entire process even tho the mistake had nothing to do with his store other companies and franchisees could stand to learn alot about customer service from this family owned location i would advise anyone with shipping needs to use this ballwin mo location
