Shoemaker came out three different times over the course of several months, to look at my furnace, and *never* successfully repaired it. The recommendation was that I had an ""off brand' furnace, and i needed to replace it. This is a Nordyne that's about 7 years old! In spite of this, the had no problem billing me over $600! Will never use them again, won't ever recommend them to anyone. Stay away!
