I have tried going to the gym and running on the track. It would feel good for the first month and it would feel soooo boring after a while to the point that it feels like a chore. I needed something a little extreme and I have definitely found it. It is the most awesome workout you can get and the workout you get here you cannot get at a gym. The instructors are second to none in quality and they are there to bring out the best in you!
