We have lived here just over a month, and we are already pursuing legal action to break our lease. The noise coming from our neighbors is constant, including slamming doors, stomping up and down stairs, and children yelling and blowing whistles outside all evening. The management has told us that ""kids are going to be loud"", and have refused to do anything to uphold the lease regarding noise. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!
