Worse place ever! 1st called Ashley to see if they do warranty work for Whirlpool she said ""yes"" and took the reference number. Then they were sending someone out that day, then they called and said he was diverted to another call, could they come out first thing in the morning. Knowing I work 12 hour shifts at night, I confirmed it would be around 8:45 when the plumber would arrive. OK here it is 9:40 he is just now pulling up to the house. We get to the water heater and he shows me an outrageous price list. I told him this was warranty work, he had no idea what I was talking about, so he calls Ashley, she has no idea what reference number I am talking about and has no idea about the warranty work. So she calls Whirlpool ( here it is now after 10:00) and come to find out Whirlpool will not authorize Drain Masters to do the work! (probably due to the over inflated pricing) She could have just told me this to begin with. Now I have no sleep, I have to work 12 hours and still have a hot water heater not working right... Go Drain Master!! Never ever use them or I should say use at your own risk! Over priced and clueless.
