We settled on a price to put a fence along the golf course. His wife came over with an estimate and asked for a check for 50% of the money. I wrote it (somewhat reluctantly) on 3/3/2014. I was informed that the fence would be put in by the following Friday as they were running behind because of the weather. Friday came & went and no one contacted me ever. Any contact made was by me. Olivarez was out of town and seemed to have NO control over what was going on here in Richmond. We gave them an ultimatum to get it in by this week Wednesday otherwise we'd like our money back. We did get an immediate answer on that - we don't refund money - so we are probably screwed but I am still hopeful that we'll get a fence this week but not holding my breath! I will never use this company again and luckily for me I never gave the name to several friends of mine who need fence work. I will make sure they stay away and if they do decide to use them NO money up front.
