She welcomes absolutely everyone. Her team is positive, organized, yet very respectful & private. We know each person by name & give credit to their important role's individually. I enjoy going into the office, it feels like going home. A previous comment mentioned a small waiting room. The size of the premises is quite deceiving. There are actually 2 floors of offices, exam rooms, hospital=surgery & recovery rooms, the laboratory, & 2 waiting rooms (that are very comfortable, clean, modern, and welcoming). Dr. Arnold, the nurses, coordinator, & all seem to love where they spend each day. They very proudly gave us a tour. My husband & I have lived everywhere (he is an international airline pilot). We hold customer service/care as our highest regard. We are fair but strict evaluators. We are happy to write this rave review, grading Dr. Lori Arnold/CACRM 5 stars. She is the best of the best.\r
