I just had the most shocking dining experience at Sushi Bar Yu-ka. I have been eating at this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed the service and the food. Tonight the restaurant was quite full for a Friday night. We were dining with friends having an enjoyable conversation after dinner when our server came up to the table and said I am not sure how to say this but it is time for you to leave. All of the other people in the restaurant were receiving the same message. A woman at a table near us actually had her drink removed from her hand and another was asked to finish her drink promptly. The entire restaurant was told leave and everyone was in total shock. The servers were uncomfortable in the fact that they had to deliver the message but certainly did what they were told. \r \r In all my years of dining out I have never experienced such rude and callus behavior by an owner. I am still quite shocked as I am writing this review.\r \r This restaurant owner cares only about her pocket, the transaction of selling food and not the pleasure of their clients.\r \r They have lost me as a client forever. I do hope that my fellow foodies will read this review and pass along this very ugly experience. more
