I ordered a chicken parmesan pasta. What arrived was a chicken parmesan sandwich. When I called them they told me all they got was "chicken parmesan" so they just assumed it was a sandwich, which was $2 less then what I had paid for. They told me to call GrubHub to get my money for the difference. When I complained that it wasn't what I ordered, then they offered to make the right food and send it back to me. Now, it is worth noting .... once the right food arrived, it was DELICIOUS.
