I would not use Bitner Dental for my family's dental needs. This office assured me my services were covered by my insurance - then the day after my children and I had work done, they called to tell me... oops! Now I'm on the hook for hundreds of dollars worth of work that never should have been done in the first place. To top it off, they won't even acknowledge me as I'm trying to fix the situation with my insurance company. Shame on Bitner Dental!
