We went and priced out several different places, had some recommendations from folks and other flooring places. What pulled us in initially to Abbey Flooring Design Center was Spike. He was very knowledgeable, willing to work with us, and when we asked for a more competitive price, he gave it to us. It wasn't the cheapest, but along with the customer service provided, we liked it. There was one other flooring company we were considering, but Spike was able to get us the flooring we preferred. Again, it wasn't the cheapest, but the customer service was amazing. We've already recommended them.
