could rave about the instructors, Elyse and TJ and their ability to motivate and push all the right buttons to get the most out of you, but thats been written. I'll get personal. I'm a 46 year old married father of 3, who works 5-6 days a week 12-14 hours a day, so time for me to workout is at a minimum. I try to get a weeknight and a Sunday morning class in. When I do, I am always glad I got there! The class is full of great people with all different fitness goals. I joked when I first walked in that I wanted to ""locate an ab"". I've become so excited about the people and the place that I feel guilty if I miss a week working out with them. I made the crazy move of taking a b4 pic. I now am comitted to seeing this through. My date for the after pic is May 3. This isnt some scripted ad for a fat burner, this is real people, real life, and I will show my real results.
