Had a recent visit to have my regular oil change... however, there were a couple of items that needed to be looked at. Karl took time to listen to my needs (even if it was a whining noise) they pin pointed it and explained it to me! They didn't just say "that is how it is supposed to sound". I appreciate that. I also had a recall on the "stop light" I had it repaired last year before the recall - they replaced it again just to be safe! again... I appreciate the time these individuals took. They did not have to do this. They washed my car and it was AWESOME to get my car back cleaner than it went in! Wonderful job! Very satisfied customer! Thanks to Debbie too in the oil change line, she is always detailed and helpful! Karl I appreciate your time and dedication to customer service! Thanks again!
