I was very disappointed with the service. The restaurant was dead while McDonalds parking lot next to it was very full. Now i know why. They messed up my order and the food was terrible. I went to McDonalds and they not only got my order right, but had a manager walking around and asking if everything was okay. He got me extra pickles even. Burger King needs to learn how to treat customers like McDonalds does.
