Stay away! Horrible customer service! I had a broken water heater. Someone came to look at it, diagnosed the problem, left and called the next day saying he was having trouble finding the part and would look into it, and NEVER called back again! I called multiple times and left messages with no return call - EVER! Didn't even have the decency to call and say he couldn't do it. I ended up having to call someone else (who easily found the part and fixed it). Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.
