This place is a joke !!!!! I paid cash for a car from one of their customers and it took Wells Fargo 3 months to get me a title. They didn't even give me a title. They gave me a lien release. They lost the title and sent it to the incorrect address. I went to the branch to discuss the matter and they treated me like a criminal and threatened to call the police on me. They are disrespectful and a complete waste of time. They screwed up the pay off on the loan twice. I could go on and on and on for about 5 paragraphs on all the steps that they screwed up on getting me a title for the car that I bought from their customer. I would never bank at this place because if they cannot handle a measly 1 piece of paper , I surely wouldn't trust them with my money !!!!!! Go to a credit union like Onpoint.
