Dr. Danesh refused to give me a copy of my diagnosis and treatment record stating that he was not writing anything down. I wondered how the insurance company would pay him if they didn't know what his diagnosis was. The dental implant specialist was very rude saying that because I was using Medi-Cal that they were giving me a consultation for free. We offered to pay them for their services but they refused to accept payment. Of course they billed Medi-Cal!
