Most of the residential and commercial properties managed by Florida Federated Realty and owned by their investor clients are old, rundown, outdated, foreclosed junk. Some of their properties have been remodeled at the expense of the tenants in which Florida Federated Realty stole security deposits from. Florida Federated Realty is a struggling, broke, unprofessional property management company who will rob its tenants of their security deposits in order to stay in business.
