Horrible! It takes anywhere from two weeks to two months to get something repaired. The married couple they have to make repairs lie to them regarding contacting you. Then you have to call continuously to ensure things will be fixed. When you finally put your foot down and God forbid stand up to them then you're the problem! Jay Hartley even went so far in an email to personally attack me. Stay clear!
