I called Theile when I realized my furnace was not producing heat properly. A technician, Frank, arrived that same afternoon and diagnosed the issue as a malfunctioning circuit board. He obtained a quote for the part, which I agreed to, and he made arrangements to come back the next day. When Frank arrived, he told me that he had put some more thought into the problem and wanted to test another part that could also be the issue. The test were inconclusive, but Frank persisted. He ultimately diagnosed a faulty gas valve and proceeded to make that repair. Frank's persistence and diligence resulted in a bill that was more than $300 less than the original quote. I could not be more pleased with the quality of service I received from Frank and Thiele.
