My flat screen TV stopped working after less than 2 years. Found Electronic Specialists in Yellow Pages and took TV over. The shop was cluttered, dirty and junked up with old electronics. The man and woman at the desk had an argument about finding a pallet to put the TV on; very unprofessional; I thought the man was rude to me and another customer who had come in. Should have followed my instincts and walked out. A day later, a tech called me saying the TV was repairable for a small price with a new board and I said to do it. He called me back a couple days later and said both the board and panel were faulty and couldn't be repaired. I said in that case I didn't want the TV. Later that day I spoke with a TV tech I knew from work who said what I had been told was suspicious. Left a same day message with Electronic Specialists that I would pick up the TV. When I checked the next day, they said they had already dropped the TV in the dumpster after stripping out parts. All I can say is be careful if you deal with this company. I will not again.
