They are very good at communicating with you UNTIL they take your $$$. Once they receive the credit card payment, they stop communicating with you entirely. I applied for emergency passports to be issued within 24 hrs. Presumably, once we send our documents to them, they give you an order tracking # that could be checked online, and Fedex the new passport back to you overnight. After sending our documents, however, they stopped responding to my e-mail, nor did they send me an order # nor Fedex tracking #. Now their SF office who handled my documents is closed, and Joy, who answers the phone, cannot tell me anything about the status of the passports. After charging $600 for their service, I find that the quality of service to be unacceptable. I am left to wonder if the passports really show up tomorrow at our door before our flight.
